The architecture will be timber frame in style with metal roofs, nine foot ceilings, and an especially welcome new amenity- outdoor kitchen style grills with hoods. Prices for one-bedroom condominiums start at $199,900.

Harrill is excited about the launch of Chalakee and what it means for all of Foscoe’s properties as a whole. He says new real estate development is essential for keeping the market fresh and interesting to buyers. “This new product will help drive resales and rentals as well as putting a new option on the market.”
