Chalakee isn’t the only place that’s hopping, however. Echota and Echota on the Ridge have had 33 sales this year, and 60 percent of those sales are are owner resales. Sears feels the attention generated by the opening of Chalakee has really helped drive sales for Echota properties overall and is looking forward to further grown in sales in the new year.
